Admissions
"From the moment children join the school in the early years, caring staff set clear routines. Staff make their high expectations for behaviour plain. This gives pupils a strong sense of security and belonging and they behave well. They are kind and befriend new arrivals, making them feel welcome. Pupils are happy and safe. Parents and carers said that their children love coming to school" Ofsted June 2022

Online applicants will NOT receive an offer letter on 16 April 2026. Instead, applicants will receive an email notification, and you will be directed to Haringey's website to view your letter and next steps. Waiting list information and the information on your right of appeal is set out in the Haringey Primary Admissions Booklet 2026 and will be included in the email notification. In summary:
- 16th April 2026 – Applicants will receive notification of their offer in an email.
- 30th April 2026 - Acceptance Deadline – Applicants should accept their offer online.
Once accepted, all prospective parents will be invited to Earlham in the summer term prior to admission in September to an information evening. A visit to Reception class with your child will also be arranged in the summer term. Immediately before admission (in September), there will be the opportunity for home visits by Reception staff and the children will be admitted under a phased approach, usually within three weeks of the start of term.
If, no places are available at Earlham, a waiting list is held with the Haringey Admissions team. Allocations will be made based on a space becoming available and in the strict order of the admissions criteria for community schools. The school does not manage waiting list places. This list is coordinated and allocated by Haringey Council’s Schools Admissions Team.

In Year Admissions
An in-year admission is when you need to make an application to a school outside of the normal admissions round, at a time when your child should already be attending school. You would normally be making an in-year application if you recently moved, arrived from another country, or want to transfer your child to another school.
We welcome visits to our lovely school so please contact the office to book a tour.
